This is the messenger style bag that I made and donated to Joshua, the precious child that is so critically ill. I plan on taking both bags to his mom on Tuesday because Joshua is going to the hospital on Wednesday for surgery. Please keep this family in your prayers.

We are steady working on our new website and it should be finished by the end of April. We having having a pre-Grand Opening sale. In case you haven't read my blog lately I've been working on a "Little Man Bag" for a customer and got it finished and delivered. I'm also making one for the young man I mentioned earlier, Joshua, who has been sick for most of his life.

An amazing young man

Last Saturday while at the Cedar Choppers Festival I had the honor to meet an extraordinary family. A mother, father and their four children (all of whom were very well behaved). They have a 5 year old who has been struggling for 2 1/2 years with one health problem after another. The young man's name is Joshua Edmondson. He is a Thomas the Train enthusiast. I am donating a diaper bag to his mom to help her carry his medical necessities back and forth and then I am making a special bag for Joshua to carry his toy necessities back & forth. Another client that I met that day asked me to make her 19 month old son a "little man bag" and I will be making 2 "little man bags" one of which will be Thomas the Train for Joshua.

Well, we've survived another Christmas. The grand children were all thrilled with their presents from Santa and family. We are busy trying to clean up now and get ready to go the Jenni's house for lunch. It sure is nice not to have to cook the whole meal any more. Grown children are wonderful.
